Because most of our products are handmade and personalized, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
- Non-personalized items: my be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original unused condition.
- Personalized items: non-refundable, unless damaged during shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We’ll review the issue and provide a replacement or refund when applicable.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase unless production has started.
