Each piece from The Branded Board is handcrafted with care. Processing and creation typically take 5–7 business days, though custom designs or seasonal volumes may extend this time frame slightly.
Shipping Methods
- Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, with tracking provided upon dispatch.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
Orders over a set amount (for example, $40) may qualify for free U.S. shipping.
Delivery & Delays
We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or damages
after shipment. Once your package has left our studio, it’s in the
carrier’s hands.
